White County Crime Stoppers pays up to $1,000 cash for information leading to the arrest and charges being filed on this or any other crime. Individuals with knowledge of a crime can call White County Crimestoppers to give tips and clues. All informants may choose to remain anonymous, only having their information identified with a code number to protect the caller's identity. If the information given to Crime Stoppers leads to an arrest, charges filed with the States Attorney's Office, property recovered or narcotics seized, a cash reward up to $1,000 may be awarded to the informant. Since White County Crime Stoppers was incorporated on June 2 ,1998, thousands of dollars worth of property has been recovered and dozens of crimes have been solved.
